Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order with Devil's Decadence. By using Devil's Decadence's service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of goods or services or to cancel an order under certain circumstances. By sending payment, you agree to be subject to these Terms and Conditions. All photographs taken by Devil’s Decadence remain the property of Devil's Decadence.
Standard Orders: Upon an invoice being issued, 50% deposit must be paid within 24 hours. Failure to pay the deposit within 24 hours will result in the order being cancelled. The outstanding balance of 50% must be paid at minimum 14 days before the delivery/pick up date for orders less than $300.00. The outstanding balance of 50% must be paid at minimum 30 days before the delivery/pick up date for orders more than $300.00. Proof of payment must be sent to Devil's Decadence and confirmation of payment will be advised by Devil’s Decadence once payment is received.
1.1 If your Special Order accepted by Devil’s Decadence is less than $300.00 and under 14 days before delivery/pick up, the Invoice must be paid in full the same day of issue. Your order will not be processed or started until full payment is received by Devil’s Decadence. Confirmation of payment will be advised by Devil’s Decadence once payment is received.
1.2 If your Special Order accepted by Devil’s Decadence and over $300 and under 30 days, the invoice must be paid in full the same day of issue. Your order will not be processed or started until full payment is received by Devil’s Decadence. Confirmation of payment will be advised by Devil’s Decadence once payment is received.
(Special Order = Orders accepted outside of standard value or accepted time)
2.CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Cancellations must be notified as soon as possible.
2.1. If the cancellation occurs for Special Order accepted less than 14 days, NO refunds apply
2.2 If the cancellation occurs for Special Order over $300 and accepted less than 30 days, NO refunds apply
2.3 If the cancellation occurs for Standard Orders;
~Less than $300 – Minimum 14 Days Notice must be given to Devil’s Decadence.
~Greater than $300 – Minimum 30 Days Notice must be given to Devil’s Decadence.
~Refund value = 25% of deposit paid.
~Failure to provide minimum notice for Standard Orders, No refunds apply
3. CHANGES TO ORDERS:
If there are changes made of any kind to an order, additional fees will apply if the change is accepted. In some cases, many factors such as time, resources and circumstances will be taken into consideration before accepting a change to an order. The fees applied is payable with the balance of payment. Accepted changes will only apply to Standard Orders.
4. DELIVERY/PICK UP:
Delivery fees will be assessed in distance travelled. Prices are as follows:
Suburbs within the Rockingham Council: Free
~10-20 km distance: $15-$20
~21-40km distance: $20-$40
~41-60km distance: $50-$70
~Distances greater than 60km: $70+
4.1 Additional charges may be applied by Devil's Decadence if your order requires special circumstances to be delivered. These circumstances include but are not limited to:
~Additional people to help transport your order.
~Delivery time is outside of operating hours.
~Multiple stops or deliveries involved in transporting your order.
4.2 Devil's Decadence does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage to your order or any decorative items involved with your order once delivery or pick has been completed.
4.3 Your order will be photographed at the venue or delivery address as evidence that the delivery was completed and in good condition.
4.4 Your order will be photographed before being handed over for pick up as evidence that the order was in good condition when leaving the premises.
4.5 If an incorrect delivery address is supplied or no one is at the delivery address to accept the order, the order will be transported back to the premises of Devil's Decadence and you will be contacted for re-delivery. Re-delivery will incur an additional charge. if you do not reply with in the recommended shelf life of your product (usually 2 days) it will be taken as a forfeited order and no refund will be issued.
4.6 If you do not notify or pick up your order on the agreed and stated date on the invoice, you will be notified for a reschedule of pick up. If you do not reply for a reschedule with in the recommended shelf life of your product (usually 2 days) it will be taken as a forfeited order and no refund will be issued.
5. FOOD PRODUCTS AND SERVICES:
Devil's Decadence products are gluten free. All allergens and dietary requirements must be declared by the customer whilst booking. Declared allergens and dietary requirements for an order will be listed on the invoice under 'Allergens and Dietary', if your Allergen or requirement is not listed, please contact Devil’s Decadence immediately for an updated invoice. Devil's Decadence takes no responsibility if a reaction has occurred from a non-declared allergen or dietary requirement.
5.1 Devil’s Decadence takes pride in the quality of our products. We will state on each ingredient label and inform you of the recommended shelf life of your products (usually 2 days). It is up to the customer to uphold these recommendations. Devil’s Decadence takes no responsibility for products once they have been delivered/picked up as we cannot guarantee the circumstances, environment or condition the order will be in once not in our custody.
6. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any personal information provided the customer such as name, address and phone number will not be disclosed outside of Devil’s Decadence unless the customer has given us permission to do so. Under no circumstances will Devil’s Decadence disclose, sell or make profit on customer’s personal information.
